Today, Microsoft released new management solutions for Cloud partners and customers that follow Microsoft Vision of Cloud OS. You can read the blog post that explains what Cloud OS is, written by Michael Park, Corporate Vice President of Marketing in the Server & Tools Business at Microsoft.
