InCycle is proud to announce a new set of services for organizations that want to implement Agile at an enterprise level. InCycle now provides Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) training and certification for customers in North America. These on-site courses, public or private, are delivered by certified SAFe consultants. Implementing Agile, for example SCRUM, for 1 team is already a significant challenge but scaling Agile to multiple teams, across the enterprise can be particularly daunting. Seeking business agility, SAFe aims to provide a solution for scaling agile.

The Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a proven framework for implementing agile practices at enterprise scale. Created by Dean Leffingwell, the SAFe Framework synchronizes alignment, collaboration and delivery while scaling successfully to large numbers of Agile teams. Based on 4 core values, Quality, Program execution, Alignment and transparency, SAFe is a proven and sucessful method working for mid-size to big organization of +1000 employees.

Training and Certification

As a Microsoft ALM Partner with certified SAFe consultants, InCycle can implement SAFe with Visual Studio Team Foundation Server (TFS) to support the Framework.
