Yesterday, Barry Paquet and Martin Rajotte showed a great presentation that demonstrated how to apply the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) with Team Foundation Server at an Enterprise level. Starting with an introduction with SAFe principles and Agile planning, they showed how to customize Team Foundation Server to align the organization and Application Lifecycle Management across Portfolio, Program and Teams.
