Some big news for Release Management, hot off the presses from TechEd!
Brian Harry was just talking about DevOps and Release Management, and shared the following tidbits with us:
- Release Management is going to natively support Desired State Configuration, starting with RM Update 3.
- RM Update 3 CTP 1 is coming out in around a week (so, May 19th), with support for DSC.
- RM is going to have the capability to connect to your Azure subscription and deploy to your IaaS virtual machines via Desired State Configuration
- More features to follow in CTP2, CTP3, etc.
