Last week, the InCycle team embarked on a thrilling journey to Dallas, Texas. No, the mission was not to catch the Cowboys play (the Packers already had that covered), but rather to convene with our longstanding business partner (20+ years!), Microsoft. While it's essential to prioritize business matters on such trips, a little bit of fun is always welcome, and Microsoft did not disappoint. As privileged guests, after a full day of presentations and engaging discussions with customers, we were immersed in a lively cowboy culture that added a thrilling twist to our journey. Yee-haw!!
While the trip was short it was both productive and eventful. We were asked to present InCycle's unique approach and differentiators. Backed by our proprietary innovation platform, which is the backbone of all our strategic projects, we were able to showcase how we accelerate customer success and deliver more business value, faster.
The response to the InCycle story was overwhelmingly positive. Many suggested that our approach sets us apart from large global system integrations (GSIs). We're always grateful for the kind words. It's amazing how some refer to us as specialists, while others recognize us as a niche partner specializing in IT modernization. Regardless, we prioritize action over titles, focusing on swift execution, hands-on involvement, and delivering advanced services that ambitious companies seek to achieve their modernization goals. After a full day of presentations and customer discussions, we concluded the event with a great dinner and rodeo! Just another day at the office!
The following day, we had an opportunity to meet with several Microsoft Technology Specialist to take a deeper dive into platform engineering or PE. If you aren't ready familiar with PE, it streamlines operations by providing self-service capabilities that automates infrastructure provisioning, allowing developers to focus on coding and not infrastructure, thereby improving their experience and productivity.
